The room block at the Lions Gate Hotel is valid until November 15, 2004 at a rate of $93 per night plus tax. State of California employees need to tell the hotel reservation agent that they are State of California Employees to obtain a in-state per diem rate (A departmental ID Card or busisness card is needed). Tax exemption for State of California Employees requires a form of payment by a state source (State of CA check or Amex or VISA card) and federal employees are tax exempt with any form of payment.
