Greetings! The AOCS Feed Microscopy Division is holding a comprehensive short course on ruminant feed and restricted use proteins. Participants of this course will receive one-on-one training through lectures and laboratory work.

DATE: December 9-11, 2004

LOCATION: The McClellan Facility Meeting Center, Sacramento, California This inclusive shot course will accentuate rendered animal products and restricted use proteins by using hair and bone to identify these products, in addition to very specific micro-chemical tests.
